THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The objective of the study is to ascertain how effectively the capital structure of publicly listed information technology companies in the Philippine Stock Exchange operated for the period 2018 to 2022 based on asset to liability ratio. It additionally intends to assess the intangible assets of publicly listed information technology companies in terms of the book value of intangible assets, the intangible asset rate and the intangible asset sample. Pursuant also to the study’s emphasis, it generally seeks to determine whether intangible assets have significant impact on the capital structure.
